Traditional real estate agency fees in France are not standardised and vary widely, typically ranging from 3% to 10% of the purchase price. On a €400,000 property that is between €12,000 and €40,000. The cost of a complete kitchen renovation, a new pool, or simply a significantly stronger negotiating position.
